April 10, 2010 Timothy's new fifteen minute musical, 2 to Wakefield will be performed on Saturday April 17th by students from the UC Irvine musical theater program as part of the York Theater Company's 4@15 programming. Also premiering that evening are new musicals by Russ Kaplan and Sara Wordsworth, Sophia Chapadjiev and Allison Leyton-Brown and Brian Feinstein and Amanda Yeznowitz. February 1, 2010 As part of the Prospect Theater Company's musical theater lab, Timothy has contributed a ten minute musical called Crossing Over, which will bow February 15th, at the West End Theater. Ticketing info and dates can be found here. Crossing Over is one of seven stories which, together, will be called Snapshots. Other contributing writing teams include Michele Brourman & Sheilah Rae, Adam David Cohen & Patrick Gallagher, Oran Eldor & Marcus Stevens, Brian Feinstein & Amanda Yesnowitz, Adam Overett, and Katya Stanislavskaya) Snapshots will be directed by Dev Bondarin, with musical direction by Dan Feyer. |

November 29, 2009 Now, don't get excited, but for one night only Timothy will be coming out of shmacting retirement and participate in the Prospect Theater Company's benefit reading of Peter Mills' The Taxi Cabaret. The concert will be on Saturday, December 5th at 4PM and 8PM at the Theater at St. Peters and feature (among others) Alison Cimmet, Christopher Graves, Amy Justman. March 23, 2009 Timothy's song "Never Knew", from the cycle LINES will be performed at CAP21's Songs on Six concert, a benefit to support CAP21's New Works Program. Scheduled to perform Timothy's song is Pearl Sun, (Grinch, Happiness) Among others, the concert will also feature songs by Will Aronson & Daniel Maté, Randy Blair & Timothy Michael Drucker, Brian Lowdermilk & Kait Kerrigan, Curtis Moore & Tom Mizer, Mike Pettry & Heidi Heilig, Randy Redd & Blair Ross, and Joy Son & Kirsten A. Guenther. With music direction by J. Oconner Navarro and direction by Ryan Mekenian. Suggeted donation $30, performance followed by wine reception. January 29, 2009 Several of Timothy's songs will be featured in Legends of Tomorrow: A Cabaret of New Composers, an evening of music by up-and-coming musical theater composers from New York and Chicago. Other featured writers include: Scott Alan, Kooman & Dimond, Paul Fujimoto, Joe Iconis, Kerrigan & Lowdermilk, Thomson & Mann, Ryan Scott Oliver, Pasek & Paul and Jeremy Schonfeld. The concert will be held on Sunday February 15, 2009 at Millikin University in Decatur, IL. All songs will be performed by Millikin University students. January 23, 2009 A clip of rehearsal from Changing Times, Timothy's contribution to 4@15: NYU at the York has been posted to the YouTube site here. Changing Times will premiere on Sunday January 25th at the York Theater along with three other fifteen minute musicals written by Rick Hip-Flores, Sophia Chapadjiev & Julianne Wick-Davis, and Russell Kaplan & Sarah Wordsworth. All four will be directed by Brian Blythe and music directed by Tammy Holder and feature students from NYU Steinhardt's Vocal Performance/Music Theater Program. Changing Times will feature Kristen da Costa, Sara Folsom, Gillian Greenbaum, Chris Ketner, Cindy Lanzas, Michael Montalbano, Nicole Pagnotta and Nic Rouleau. |
